OCTOBER 2008

Even if you have never heard of him, you most likely have seen Hollywood producer Arnon Milchan's work. Since the late 1970s, Milchan has produced more than 120 films, including Pretty Woman, L.A. Confidential, JFK, War of the Roses and Fight Club.

In the October issue of Cigar Aficionado, editor and publisher Marvin R. Shanken sits down with Milchan as part of his ongoing series of interviews with men who don't normally give them.

The interview not only hits on Milchan's Hollywood credits, but also delves into the man's business life. Milchan, who controls 30 companies in 17 countries, has partnered with some of the most influential business leaders in the world, such as Rupert Murdoch, Kerry Packer, Johann Rupert and Nelson Peltz. The businessman has not forgotten his roots, however, and he also talks about his passion and desire to build Israel's agricultural industry into a world power.

In addition, read about how golfer Darren Clarke is reviving his zest for life two years after his wife's tragic death, and Jason Giambi talks openly about his seven-year stint as a New York Yankee. Our cigar section includes in-depth interviews with former football player Keyshawn Johnson and Rocky Patel, one of the world's most popular cigarmakers. Also, wetell you what to wear for fall fashion and explain why it might be a good idea to rethink investing in that Las Vegas condominium.

That -- and much more -- is in the October issue of Cigar Aficionado, on sale now. For a preview, take a peek at the table of contents, below. To make sure you don't miss any future issues, subscribe online or call 1-800-992-2442 today. For back issues, visit our Book Store.
